Description

Capsula, a trio originally from Argentina and now based in Bilbao, takes its name directly from David Bowie's "Space Oddity." Their music is imbued with the raw, sharp darkness of The Stooges, The Cramps, and The Velvet Underground, as well as the psychedelia of contemporary bands like The Black Angels or The Warlocks. Capsula, who collaborated with Ivan Julian and Tony Visconti on their previous albums, is about to hit the road again with their new album. They have a strong live reputation, which notably led to them opening for Pearl Jam last November.
