Camp Claude is a French-American-Swedish-English trio formed in Paris in 2013. They are the originators of the Sky Wave style, which blends dream pop, electro rock, and cold wave. Diane, Mike, and Leo collectively compose emotional and nihilistic ballads that seek ecstasy in a disenchanted reality. Their first album, *Swimming Lessons*, released in 2016, was widely acclaimed by the media and during their tours. The eponymous title track is now the soundtrack for a Versace perfume advertisement. Their second album, *Double Dreaming*, which leans more towards electronic music, reached Japan thanks to the Hermes brand. The single "Hero" was synchronized for one of their campaigns in 2019, and the track "Old Downtown" has become a staple on road trip playlists worldwide. Their third album promises to be just as disillusioned, but with a magnetic force and passionate maturity.
