Veloso Caetano
Description
Although Veloso had already been imprisoned once for criticizing the military regime in Brazil, he continued to do so on his second album (1969), with tracks like "Irene" (about a celebrated outlaw machine-gunner from the left). It's no surprise that he soon found himself in political exile in the United Kingdom. The overall tone of the album matches his message, and in fact, Veloso felt it was important for his protest voice to be heard worldwide. Colored vinyl version.Buy Veloso Caetano at the best price
