In the 90s, Bugge Wesseltoft introduced his new conception of Jazz to the world, blending jazz, hip hop, and techno beats, making Norway the capital of this new sound. A few years later, Norway became the epicenter of Nu-Disco, with Prins Thomas, Todd Terje, and Lindstrøm. This collaboration brings together the best of these two pivotal periods for Norwegian music. Recorded at the famous Rainbow studio in Oslo, it's retro but not a pastiche, with groove and bass lines, a mix between DJ and Jazz, but above all, two musicians having fun.
