Description

Half of the legendary duo Cassius, Hubert Blanc-Francard, aka Boombass, returns solo. A turn is a curve that can be more or less dangerous depending on how you approach it. The turn of 2020, Boombass took by trying to leave 40 years of musical culture and productive tinkering behind, to compose these two tracks as simply as possible, along with their extended versions intended for the powerful speakers of clubs. In this EP, we find house, acid, and a hint of techno culture. The laid-back voice in French is Hubert's. He talks about sex without actually talking about it; it remains the second best subject after love. These new tracks are dedicated to his old friend, who is probably sunbathing up there, to let him know that he’s not giving up and that he still has surprises in store.
