Bobby Hutcherson's 1968 album 'Total Eclipse' was the vibraphonist's first recording with saxophonist Harold Land, who would become a key collaborator for years to come. The group was rounded out by pianist Chick Corea, bassist Reggie Johnson, and drummer Joe Chambers on this passionate post-bop set.
This "Tone Poet Vinyl" stereo edition was produced by Joe Harley, mastered by Kevin Gray from the original analog master tapes, pressed on 180g vinyl at RTI, and packaged in a deluxe gatefold jacket.
