Since 2015, Peter Hayes (vocals, guitar), Robert Levon Been (vocals, bass, guitar), and Leah Shapiro (drums) have been secretly nurturing this new project in their closed studio in Hollywood, The Bunker, in close collaboration with producer Nick Launay (Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Arcade Fire, Nick Cave & The Bad Seeds). Recorded in Los Angeles, Wrong Creatures is a journey through rock led by a band that refuses to conform to a specific genre, constantly enriching itself with a remarkable diversity of elements from blues rock to psychedelic garage.
