Statues

Description

The Brighton quartet, Black Peaks, unveils its first album, Statues! Attention fans of The Mars Volta, Mastodon, and City And Colour! Somewhere between prog rock like At The Drive In, and the math pop of Foals, Black Peaks does not want to have to choose. A band that definitely does not fit into a box. "Statues" is the blend of the different influences of each member, forming a whole driven by the technique and emotion of the voice of frontman Will Gardner. With a complete first album and frantic live shows, Black Peaks is one of the most anticipated bands at the moment in Great Britain. Watch out for the tidal wave.
