This is a complete performance never before released, with brilliant stereo sound quality, by the legendary Bill Evans Trio, recorded live at the Kongsberg jazz festival at Kongsberg Kino, in Norway, on June 26, 1970. The audio has been remastered from the original stereo magnetic tapes. Recently found in the archives of the Kongsberg jazz festival, this concert was thought not to have been recorded and therefore does not appear in any of Bill Evans’s discographies! Featuring Eddie Gomez on double bass and Marty Morell on drums. The album is available on CD and as a high-quality 2 x 180g LP box set.
