Description

Montréal has always had an active music scene, but few bands manage to break through internationally. BÉTON ARMÉ is an exception. Active since 2018, the band has refined a unique sound blending Oi!, punk and hardcore, influenced by the French and Italian skin scenes and early US hardcore. With Renaissance, their new album, they deliver a powerful record, with surprising structures, sharp riffs and pounding rhythms. In the vein of L'Infanterie Sauvage (which they cover), Renaissance celebrates the unity of the punk, skin and hardcore scenes.
