I Don't Know

Description

The post-shoegaze quartet bdrmm is back with their second album ‘I Don’t Know’! As the world socially distanced in 2020, the post-shoegaze, dream pop quartet from Hull, bdrmm, had the kind of impact any young band would dream of with a debut album. Bedroom was hailed as "a heady, forward-thinking distillation of shoegaze" by Clash magazine, the Guardian proclaimed it "one of the underground success stories of lockdown," while NME gave the album five stars and called Bedroom a "modern shoegaze classic," no less! Now signed to Rock Action Records, Mogwai’s label, the band returns with ‘I Don’t Know’, featuring the effect-laden guitars and motorik grooves of Neu! that define them, while adding piano, strings, electronics, and, occasionally, dance rhythms. Bdrmm fans will not be disappointed, and fans of Radiohead, Ride, Mogwai, The Cure who have not yet discovered Bdrmm would do well to treat their ears by listening to "I Don’t Know"!
