Rock for Light is the second studio album by Bad Brains, released in 1983, produced by Ric Ocasek of The Cars. We are proud to present the original mix of the album, for the first time in decades, as the band initially intended. Most fans are more familiar with the 1991 reissue, remixed by Ocasek and bassist Darryl Jenifer. This version not only featured new mixes but also a changed track order. This reissue is the fourth release in the remastering campaign reviving the Bad Brains Records label. In collaboration with the band, Org Music oversaw the restoration and remastering of Bad Brains' iconic recordings. The sound was remastered by Dave Gardner at Infrasonic Mastering and pressed at Furnace Record Pressing.
