Elias Raschle's goal with Augenwasser is to break free from the classic singer-songwriter label in order to experiment more freely and return to the roots of his musicality with a more electronic, experimental, and unconstrained sound. The line between live recordings and studio production is blurred, creating a space where improvisation and spontaneity can easily flourish. "Sleepdancer" reflects this state of musical urgency, and emotions exude from these new tracks, which are stripped-down yet terribly stimulating.
