Formed in 1987 in Nässjö, Backyard Babies is without a doubt the most influential Swedish glam punk band. Between 1994 and 2019, they released eight studio albums, including Making Enemies Is Good in 2001.From 2001, Backyard Babies already mastered the amplifiers and microphones, but it was with the release of Making Enemies Is Good that they truly took off. Driven by tracks like "Brand New Hate", "Heaven 2.9" and "TheClash", the album earned this influential Swedish glam-punk-hard-rock band its first Swedish Grammy.
