Artificial Go is a new quartet hailing from the DIY post-punk scene in Cincinnati, Ohio. Local labels Feel It and Future Shock have teamed up to co-release Artificial Go’s debut LP, Hopscotch Fever. Made up of eight hard-hitting tracks, this debut album is an introduction. A little whimsical, a little iconic. Artificial Go inhabits a genre all its own: neither post-punk, nor pop. Hopscotch Fever sounds like it was recorded just outside the periphery of the collective genre to form a kind of alien music.
