Description

AMORPHIS, legend of Scandinavian melodic death metal, returns with a simply grand 16th opus. In addition to a massive and precise production (and for the first time ensured by Danish producer Jacob Hansen), the band knows how to evolve its style and music without betraying its roots. The cavernous death vocals are a delight, the clean singing is perfect and skillfully placed, the keyboards have just the right amount of presence, and the guitars are imposing and offer classy melodies as well as powerful rhythms.
