Hymning

Description

Coriolan comes from the forest and solitude. A trained harpist, he uses his strings to create a folk-pop music in chiaroscuro, sometimes instrumental, sometimes sung-spoken in French, always sensitive. In his new album "La Distance," he reveals nine tracks of contemplative slowness about the impermanence of things and the vertigo that ensues. Coriolan notably joined producer Vincent Stockholm in his band Early Spring Horses in 2012 ("a slow and majestic pop," Les Inrocks), and accompanied singer Dick Annegarn in 2015 during "carte blanche" shows where he shared the stage with Nosfell, Lior Shoov, Karimouche... Since 2019, he has also been part of the Compagnie Tan Elleil, which takes him on the road for dozens of performances all over France.
