Formed in 1969 in the southern US, the ALLMAN Brothers would embody, alongside Lynyrd Skynyrd, the tradition of an effective Rock whose roots are firmly anchored in the most authentic America. Between Blues, Country and Rock, the band would establish a unique sound. Muddy Waters’ cover of “Trouble No More” was their first Jam, so it was only natural that the group’s specialists and historians, Bill Levenson, John Lynskey and Kirk West, would name this gem after it. Previously unreleased, “Trouble No More” is of course included in this 50th anniversary box set. In these Deluxe 5CD and 10LP box sets, you can find numerous live performances, demos, alternate takes and, above all, unreleased tracks. The 10 LP Deluxe Box Edition is wrapped in wood and gold graphics of exceptional quality, and the 5CD version also comes with an 88-page booklet retracing the band’s main eras.
