Alicia Keys presents her 7th studio album. The 1st single "underdog" co-written by British songwriter and performer "Ed Sheeran" reflects the rootsy and authentic universe of her new work which will be released on 20/03. The video, directed by Wendy Morgan, reveals the artist who makes a bitter observation about people who do not take enough advantage of what they already have. "Some people may think that the word 'underdog' is negative, but I see it as a powerful word representing people who may be underestimated and yet rise to the challenge and exceed expectations." This song is simply about life and our experiences. We have all found ourselves in a situation where we had to defy the odds. This new single promises us a very promising album.
