After two critically acclaimed EPs and singles (Libération, Rolling Stone, Plugged, OuiFM, etc.) followed by a French tour of over 50 dates, the French power pop revelation After Geography is back with "A Hundred Mixed Emotions," a promising debut album set for release in October 2025. Dubbed "the future new Beatles" by Libération, After Geography lives up to its reputation and further asserts its style with this new album composed of 10 songs with varied colors and atmospheres, oscillating between powerful riffs reminiscent of early Guy Ritchie soundtracks and ballads from the heart of the Midwest. Influenced by the early albums of Wings, Fleetwood Mac, and Oasis, the quartet made up of Julien Méret and Nicolas Baud on composition, Lalie Michalon (drums), and Arthur Blanc (guitar), shapes an intense and vibrant "Power Pop" in its own image. Just like their look, their musical style perfectly oscillates between modern and retro while remaining completely rooted in its time and filled with freshness, bringing to life a powerful and electric pop with elegance.
