After unveiling new solo tracks last June with the EP The Grand Designer (four tracks), Adrian Sherwood returns in August 2025 with The Collapse Of Everything, his first solo album since 2012. A true work meticulously crafted by this master of mixing and production, The Collapse Of Everything propels Sherwood's bold and adventurous sound into new horizons. While deeply rooted in a dub sensibility, the album fluidly traverses genres and naturally fuses a multitude of influences, the result of a lifetime spent listening and producing. In recent years, Sherwood has been extremely active alongside other artists: remixing for pop stars like Halsey, critically acclaimed dub reinterpretations for Spoon, Panda Bear & Sonic Boom, and producing acclaimed albums for reggae icons Lee "Scratch" Perry and Horace Andy (with Midnight Rocker being named global album #1 in 2022 by The Guardian). Yet, Sherwood had not released a solo album since Survival & Resistance, which came out almost exactly 13 years ago.
