Description

7ebra is the project of 25-year-old twin sisters Inez and Ella from Malmö, who grew up playing music together. Inez plays electric guitar and sings, while Ella plays keyboards, organ, and mellotron—manually triggering drum samples with her feet—while both sing enchanting harmonies in a way that only twins can. Beautiful yet punk, minimalist yet epic. The duo is already making big waves, having toured with Future Islands and The Dandy Warhols, as well as performing at festivals like SXSW, Eurosonic, and The Great Escape. On their debut album Bird Hour, they effortlessly combine their own brand of minimalist indie rock hooks with the unique production styles of Tore Johansson, known for his work on the debut album of Franz Ferdinand and The Cardigans. The album was released via PNKSLM Recordings (ShitKid, Les Big Byrd, etc.) and the band will be touring extensively in 2023.
