Superstar cellist, one half of 2Cellos, Hauser (20M fans on social media) with half a billion streams worldwide (30M in France) unveils his upcoming album 'Classic II', the follow-up to his huge success 'Classic' released in 2020. A brand-new selection of his favorite works among the most beautiful melodies in classical music. For Classic II, HAUSER reunites with the London Symphony Orchestra, conducted by Robert Ziegler, and arranger/orchestrator Robin Smith, with whom the cellist worked closely to showcase the cello in the arrangement of each track. Classic II reimagines immediately recognizable melodies by Bach, Beethoven, Brahms, Chopin, Donizetti, Dvorak, Mahler, Mozart, Rachmaninoff and Schubert, mostly written for solo instruments, voices or a full orchestra and never adapted to the "voice" of the cello. HAUSER also brings his personal style to two beloved baroque-style melodies - Albinoni's "Adagio" and the Adagio from Alessandro Marcello's famous Oboe Concerto - as well as to two contemporary pieces, Michel Colombier's "Emmanuel" and composer-pianist Yurima's "Kiss the Rain".
