The collaboration we were all waiting for is finally here! Thee Sacred Souls asked him to... and Victor Axelrod is present with two powerful tracks that are sure to mark the beginning of summer beautifully. Carefully selected from their second album, Got a Story to Tell, the politically charged track "One and the Same" benefits from a soul-reggae reinterpretation by Axelrod and the session group The Inversions. Josh Lane's moving performance and his impressive vocal range blend with the raw and powerful rhythms as if it had been predestined, transforming these beloved tracks into something exciting and fresh while keeping their DNA intact. A testament to what a talented producer can do with rock-solid compositions. The whole is completed by respective heavy dub versions.
