In his first album "Overview Effect", post-classical/electronica, Roger Goula describes the psychological change expressed by astronauts and cosmonauts when viewing the Earth from space. This experience has always fascinated Roger Goula. Catching a glimpse of the Earth as something tiny and fragile transforms astronauts’ perspective on the world, our society and human existence. A very large number of them report a deep understanding of the interconnection of all life on Earth and a renewed sense of awareness and responsibility to protect it. It is this unique sensitivity that Roger Goula wishes to highlight in his first album "Overview Effect".
