Expected for now 2 years, Zola's new album marks the start of the 2023 school year with a bang. At only 19 years old, he delivered "Cicatrices" then "Survie" the following year, making him the rap sensation of recent years. Discreet since, he nonetheless made a splash in 2022 with a sold-out Zénith in Paris and the hit "Amber" which topped the singles chart for 8 weeks. Zola has survived, healed his scars to become someone unique, the Diamond of the Bled.
It is his journey to Kinshasa that inspires this title but also his banger "Toute la journée (feat. Tiakola)". For the rest, the influences are the same: the album is the result of a collaboration between Kore, the AWA team, and Truth Records. Between jersey tracks, trap, afro beat, electro, rap, Zola navigates through finely crafted productions that highlight his attitude and lyrics.
