Message from Youth: "I am thrilled to finally see these tracks released after more than 30 years of recording. Far from being overproduced, these are raw and visceral tracks, recorded with different line-ups over the years. Don't ask me why it took so long, like a fine wine, that's how it is, and here they are. I described our sound as a meeting between the Stooges, James Brown and Hunter S. Thompson, in the desert with Jim Morrison and Captain Beefheart, the illegitimate child of the first Led Zeppelin album and The Damned, with Bukowski, Belushi and Ginsberg on acid... in short, dirty punk blues."
