For Yoav Levanon, however, the name Liszt evokes the image of a close friend, a smiling companion who has accompanied him throughout his journey as a pianist and musician. This album, which took shape during the "Le Piano Symphonique" Festival thanks to the remarkable musical quality of the Lucerne Symphony Orchestra under the precise and thoughtful direction of Michael Sanderling, is a sincere tribute to this friend, mentor, and master.
