Yatra, the soul collectors of Death/Sludge, hailing from Maryland, were born in 2018. The trio, composed of Dana Helmuth (guitar and vocals), Maria Geisbert (bass), and Sean Lafferty (drums), burst onto the scene incredibly strong in 2019 with their debut album 'Death Ritual' (Grimoire recording). With numerous rave reviews and followed by many tours in America and Europe, including many festivals, they proved to be an unrelenting live touring band. In 2020, Yatra followed up with their second album, 'Blood Of The Night', more aggressive and heavier, which also received extremely positive press and tours until the onset of restrictions related to the Covid outbreak. Not wanting to sit idly by or take a break, Yatra took advantage of their time to write and record another album, "All Is Lost", which contained more elements of their death metal roots and was imbued with the darkest intensity.
