Description
Witchorious is a Parisian doom/stoner rock band formed in 2019, consisting of Antoine Auclair (guitar/vocals) and siblings Paul (drums) and Lucie (bass/vocals) Gaget. After their first singles, "3 AM" and "Evil Creature," in 2020, their debut album blends blues riffs inherited from Black Sabbath, aggressive sounds and fuzz bass lines à la Electric Wizard, and intense atmospheres inspired by Amenra, Cathedral, and Mastodon. Driven by solid percussion and captivating vocals, oscillating between screams and whispers, this album plunges the listener into a dark inner quest.
