Wassim Soubra is a Franco-Lebanese pianist and composer who became known to the general public in the early 2000s with his project Bach to Beirut, which paid tribute to the music of J.S Bach with Eastern sonorities (piano, oud, percussion). This project opened the doors to major concert halls for him (l'Européen, the New Morning, the Café de la Danse, Opéra de Lille, Palais de l'UNESCO ...). A delicate composer and a master in the art of crafting pure melodies that take classical music to the borders of world music, Wassim offers 8 new tracks on Il Vento.
