Alive In Amsterdam

Description

"Alive in Amsterdam" is the sound of resurrection, after a very difficult period for the artist following serious health problems. Trout's rebirth took place with his successful liver transplant in 2014 and especially through his 2015 album « Battles Scars » which channels this near-death experience into a series of autobiographical tracks.
So it is no coincidence that Walter Trout has never sounded so alive. The chosen date is November 28, 2015, the venue is the opulent Royal Theatre Carré in Amsterdam. So if you are expecting a quiet performance, you are making a gross mistake. This musical substance is very powerful, because here we are talking about rock, blues rock!
Of course, Walter Trout is a true magician in the studio. But it is on stage that he takes on his full dimension. He is yet another live guitarist when he captures the energy and all the excitement of the moment, especially after having lived through such a terrifying experience as his! This gives us a record full of energy and urgency, an electrifying double live!
