After drummer Stefan Arnold left Grave Digger in 2018 after nearly 23 years, it was time to resurrect the cult band. WALLOP that same year! This is also true for the German heavy metal veterans, who released the highly acclaimed first album "Metallic Alps" in 1985, later disbanded, and reunited 35 years later in their equally strong original lineup, aggressively and enthusiastically. Following "Alps On Fire" (2020), they are now releasing their third full-length album. "Hell On Wheels" features authentic old school heavy metal from the 80s. On one hand, the band has managed to further develop, but on the other hand, they do not sound like a modern band, as it is precisely the 80s style that characterizes them. The use of keys and triggers was deliberately avoided during the album recordings. This album offers 10 tracks full of independent old school heavy metal with catchy and straightforward songs that pick up speed and delight all fans of classic heavy metal!
