Description

Urfaust (named after Goethe's Urfaust) was initially created as an ambient project by IX. This recorded the demo Urvaterlicher Sagen. Later, VRDRBR, who had already worked as a guest musician for The Devil's Blood, joined, and in 2004 the debut appeared on the GoatowaRex label. In the years that followed, more albums, EPs and split collaborations were released. The band is currently signed to ex-Nagelfar member Sven Dinninghoff's Ván Records label.
