Paths, encounters, surprises, joys, sorrows, gratitude, and an infinite space of time for exploration have been the elements that led me to express in this recording the feelings that this music conveys to me. Europe, Buenos Aires, and the Pampa, this is a tribute from a European composer to Astor Piazzolla. The music of Buenos Aires and the Pampa harmonizes in this album to express the soul of the music. As Atahualpa Yupanqui said, a day is made of new things to infinity. Discovering each of these pieces has given me enormous motivation to learn and follow new paths, like a true chain telling a musical story. It's as if it were a very long trail. When you walk it from one point to another to know and explore it, you find a place where you rest, then you long to walk again to reach a new resting point and start over.
