10-CD box set including the 10 albums from their “classic” period: UFO “Phenomenon” [1974] / “Force It” [1975] / “No Heavy Petting” [1976] “Lights Out” [1977] / “Obsession” [1978] / “No Place To Run” [1980] “The Wild The Willing And The Innocent” [1981] / “Mechanix” [1983] “Making Contact” [1983] / “Misdemeanor” [1986] + 40 bonus tracks (B-sides, live tracks, remixes and other rarities.) Formed in 1969, UFO is a pioneering British hard rock band, whose first five albums were recorded with the legendary guitarist Michael Schenker, before being succeeded by the highly effective Paul Chapman. With tracks like 'Doctor Doctor', 'Too Hot To Handle', 'Lights Out' or 'Rock Bottom', this lineup remains today a benchmark for any Metal fan. Bringing together on 10 CDs their 10 “classic” albums (remastered in 2007, 2008 and 2009), this The Complete Studio Albums 1974 - 1986 box set is a real goldmine, since it also includes more than 40 bonus tracks (B-sides, live tracks, remixes and other rarities). Carefully put together, it also features different artwork for the album "Force It", taken from a now-legendary US pressing. A must, then, for aficionados of sonic fury.
