Description
Tribulation represents THE rising value of dark metal alongside bands such as Ghost, Paradise Lost, or even Opeth. From death metal, Tribulation draws inspiration from only a few elements, such as the vocals reminiscent of the great hours of Swedish death. Oscillating between death metal, progressive, atmospheric with a slight touch of very personal black, the "Opethian" influence (period "Orchid"/"Morningrise") is also always present. But the composers Johannes Andersson (bass and vocals) and Jonathan Hultén (guitar) are also great fans of horror films, and this is felt in the tracks.
