The Absolute Universe: The Breath Of Life (Abridged Version)

Description

Available in two different editions (“The Breath Of Life” and “Forevermore”) with a different tracklisting for each edition. Also available in an “Ultimate Edition” bringing together both editions in a single Deluxe box set with a 16-page booklet, 5.1 surround sound, new artwork, a making-of documentary, and a 60x60 cm poster. Transatlantic have always loved challenges. It is therefore no surprise that for their fifth album “The Absolute Universe”, Neal Morse, Roine Stolt, Pete Trewavas and Mike Portnoy decided to do something a little unusual. “We have created something unprecedented. There is a 2CD version (“Forevermore”), which runs 90 minutes, and a single version (“The Breath Of Life”), which runs 60 minutes. The single CD is NOT an edited version of the double CD. These are new recordings with different musical approaches, new lyrics and different singers. The two versions are different.” Mike Portnoy.
