The album La Lanterne by Thomas Gaucher, guitarist and composer, aims to reflect the latest generation of musicians from the Jazz and Improvised Music department of the Conservatoire de Paris. It features creations by students from the department brought together in various formations, from trio to nonet, alternating between blues, gospel, folk, and country influences.
