The Garden, an experimental punk duo formed by twin brothers Wyatt and Fletcher Shears, is back with their new album Bootleg, available on vinyl and CD from Epitaph Records starting October 23. Recorded in Los Angeles and produced by the two brothers, the album features 14 tracks blending eclectic instrumentation and visceral production. Formed in 2011, The Garden has developed its "Vada Vada" style from a minimalist base of bass, drums, and unsettling electronic textures. Their approach gives rise to an explosive, precise, chaotic sound that defies genre classification. With their unique visual universe and limitless creativity, The Garden has become a major cult band in the alternative scene, appreciated by Tyler, the Creator and Mac DeMarco, among others. Known for their wild concerts, the two brothers have also built a particularly loyal international fan community and inspired a new generation of artists. The Garden will embark on a North American tour in July and August, featuring headlining shows and dates opening for The Strokes.
