In 2005, he released his debut album 'The Documentary'. Surrounded by Dr. Dre and 50 Cent, he became the new standard for West Coast hip-hop and Snoop Dogg's successor. 'The Doctor's Advocate', his second album released in 2006, featured contributions from Cool & Dre, will.i.am, ScottStorch, and Kanye West, among others.
