This definitive edition comes with a complete booklet, fully remastered sound, and five unreleased bonus tracks, thus offering a richer and more complete listening experience, both for long-time fans and new listeners. Musically, the album embodies the best of classic British blues rock, following in the footsteps of legendary bands such as Free, Bad Company, and Led Zeppelin. At the heart of the project are British expatriates Sean Manning (ex-Hurricane, Quiet Riot) on guitar and Paul Rafferty (original singer of Bonham, and later a guest on stage with Joe Bonamassa) on vocals. Together, they deliver a powerful and authentic sound, driven by deep grooves, expressive guitar playing, and a voice full of character. Two tracks were produced by Neil Geraldo, known for his collaborations with artists like Pat Benatar, Rick Derringer, and John Waite. The recording sessions also bring together many renowned guest musicians, including drummers Myron Grombacher (Pat Benatar, Rick Derringer) and Greg D'Angelo (White Lion, Cities), as well as keyboardist Richard Baker (Santana, Gino Vannelli). Their contributions add richness, texture, and dynamism to the whole. Sean Manning notably collaborated with Quiet Riot — where he contributed to the writing of the album Terrified (1993) — as well as with Hurricane, which he joined after Doug Aldrich. For his part, Paul Rafferty made a name for himself as the original singer of Bonham before performing live with Joe Bonamassa. Today, he is also a recognized painter, splitting his time between the south of France and Southern California.
