Swedish quartet THE AMAZING are releasing their fourth album, Ambulance, which follows Picture You. As with their previous works, Ambulance is a storytelling narration, recounted by singer Christoffer Gunrup. Recorded live, all band members - guitarists Reine Fiske and Fredrik Swahn, bassist Alexis Benson, and drummer Moussa Fadera - had room to embellish each track in their own way, and the result is excellent. Winding melodies, sumptuous textures, and gossamer arrangements are the very essence of Ambulance.
