Do to the beast

Description

"Do to the Beast" is THE AFGHAN WHIGS’ first album in more than a decade and a half. Founded in 1988 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the band has always stood apart from its peers thanks to a wild and euphoric blend of hard rock, classic soul, and singer GREG DULLI’s obsessions. This album marks the homecoming of one of the most acclaimed bands of the past thirty years: Sub Pop was THE AFGHAN WHIGS’ first label. “These new tracks are very visual to me,” explains DULLI. “They come from different corners of my mind. It’s like Rashomon, with stories told from different points in my memory.”
