At just 24 years old, TeddyBear unveils LE PLUS BEAU, an intense and deeply human debut album, which he describes as "the result of twenty-four years of life in the mind of a guy struggling with his time." Originally from Mons, Belgium, and coming from a family of Sicilian musicians, TeddyBear grew up behind a drum set before finding a new means of expression in writing and then singing. His unique voice and passionate interpretation quickly captivated audiences: Orelsan, Clara Luciani, Feu! Chatterton, and Julien Doré invited him to open for them. Recorded notably at the legendary ICP studios in Brussels, LE PLUS BEAU was shaped alongside Nicolas Subréchicot (Zaho de Sagazan), Paco Del Rosso (Damso, Camille Yembe), and Tristan Salvati (Angèle, Miki). Blending French chanson, contemporary pop, and rap influences, TeddyBear brings together piano, strings, winds, and drums with electronic textures. From Jacques Brel to Yussef Dayes, from Alpha Wann to Salvatore Adamo, his influences nourish a music that defies categorization. Following the singles "Tout Va Bien" and "CHAUSSURES ROSES," LE PLUS BEAU reveals an artist who transforms his doubts, fears, family stories, and perspective on his time into songs that are as sensitive as they are unifying. A debut album without pretense, driven by a haunting voice and raw writing: that of a boy who doubts, cries, loves, and lives everything, perhaps, a little too intensely.
