Voices

Description

A true UFO of the French metal scene, Syr Daria returns with a new album "Voices". The band, which made a name for itself thanks to its first album "Circus of Life" and by touring the venues of the Grand Est as support for bands such as Freedom Call, Tankard or Scorpions, is today releasing a new card from its deck with this opus.
With "Voices", Syr Daria remains faithful to its credo while taking a radical turn. A powerful sound and polished production show that the band is moving up a gear. The Alsatian band does not deny itself anything, using Thrash and Heavy, even abusing Pop and Rock accents while remaining groovy and powerful. The themes of "Voices" are like the band itself, varied and limitless: the world of clowns is still there, exploring the twists and turns of the human psyche, but "Voices" is also a journey into the ancient Egypt of the pharaohs, an analysis of certain moments of everyday life, or contemporary SF literature... "Voices" is a decidedly powerful album using traditional Metal while turning toward more modern styles.
