"SPACE ART - WE WON'T SAY ANYTHING BEST OF - CDSPACE ART is a pioneering group of French electronic music. They were also the first electro duo with masks. Their single 'Onyx' which was a worldwide hit (3 million copies) led to the first self-titled album released in 1977. 2 other albums followed and the story was written at the time alongside JEAN-MICHEL JARRE who took Space Art with him for concerts around the world. Dominique Perrier of Space Art, a keyboard virtuoso, worked closely with Jean-Michel Jarre on all his albums from 'Rendez-vous' (1986) to 'Oxygène 7-1' (1997) and continues to tour with him. The work of Space Art is cult and internationally recognized, but had not been commercially available for a long time. After bringing the group back into the spotlight via the COSMIC MACHINE compilations, Because Music reissues their studio albums using digital remasterings from 2010 for the first time used on vinyl and CD, and releases the very first Best Of of Space Art as well as a compilation of remixes by the new scene (Prins Thomas, Psychemagik, Daniele Baldeli).
