TELLURIAN

Description

With Grammy-winning Canadian producer David Bottrill at the mixing desk, Soen became the undisputed titan of the progressive metal genre on Tellurian (first released in November 2014). Stefan Stenberg on bass, Martin Lopez (drums), Joel Ekelöf (vocals) and Kim Platbarzdis (guitars) deliver a powerful, engaging and solid second album. With Tellurian, Soen’s signature style takes on broader proportions and dimensions, while its technical prowess remains a key asset. The haunting melodies and remarkable vocal performance make this album a truly impressive work. Originally released in a limited number of copies, the currently sold-out vinyl format will be reissued on January 27, 2023 via Silver Lining Music as an official black vinyl release.
