Slough Feg, whose original name is The Lord Weird Slough Feg, is a band from Pennsylvania. In 1990, the band moved to San Francisco, California, in hopes of reviving the true metal scene that was in full decline in the United States. The band quickly built a reputation and became 'the band that San Francisco loves to hate,' going against the trends and fashions of the moment and incorporating raw savagery on stage as well as strong visuals. "Digital Resistence," the 9th album of Slough Feg, is an eclectic mix of Celtic folk, traditional metal, and NWOBHM (New Wave Of British Heavy Metal) enhanced with gargantuan riffs. Recognized and respected by fans as one of the most important underground bands in true metal, the band is still not ready to let go of the underground!
