Ramagehead

Description

O.R.k.'s new album, Ramagehead, was created from the band's collective vision, unique influences, and a multidimensional reflection of their powerful and engaging live experience. The result contains all the ingredients of an explosive O.R.k.! performance, with heavy riffs and dark, hypnotic atmospheres. The album was recorded in 2018 at LefMusicStudio (Italy), Wormhole (USA), and Nightspace (UK). Ramagehead was mixed by Adrian Benavides and Marc Urselli (U2, Foo Fighters, Nick Cave), a three-time Grammy Award-winning sound engineer. Mastering was done by Michael Fossenkemper, engineering by Benavides and Bill Munyon (King Crimson), album artwork by Adam Jones (TOOL), and design by Denis Rodier (Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman). The recordings and Serj Tankian's (System Of A Down) involvement on the single "Black Blooms" reinforce the band's serious intention to build on their musical chemistry to explore the true possibilities of rock.
